SKY-LGL-006Privacy PolicyRev. Effective 2026-10-28
Privacy policy.
This policy explains what Skyla Autonomous Systems LLC learns when you visit skyla.ai or write to us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We have tried to make it short enough to actually read.
Who we are and what this covers.
Skyla Autonomous Systems LLC (“Skyla”, “we”) is a Massachusetts limited liability company at 355 Main St, Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA 02142. This policy covers the public website at skyla.ai and any correspondence you start with us through it.
It does not cover data processed by the Skyla runtime inside a customer's environment. That data, including agent prompts and execution ledgers, stays in the customer's own infrastructure and is governed by the agreement we sign with that customer.
What we collect, and what we do not.
When you browse the site, our hosting and content delivery provider processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it only to deliver pages, keep the site secure and diagnose faults.
When you write to us, by email or through the inquiry form, we receive whatever you choose to send: usually your name, work email, organisation and a description of your workflow. The form does not submit data to a server; it opens your own email client.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, fingerprinting or session recording. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Services your browser contacts.
To display our typefaces, your browser requests font files from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request. Google's own privacy policy governs that processing. Our hosting provider also processes request data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How long we keep things.
We use inquiry correspondence to reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our business dealings. We keep it for up to 24 months after our last exchange, or longer if a contract with your organisation requires it. Server request logs are kept for no more than 30 days unless needed to investigate a security incident.
How we protect what we hold.
We maintain a written information security program consistent with the Massachusetts standards for the protection of personal information, 201 CMR 17.00. Mailboxes require hardware-backed multi-factor authentication, access is limited to staff who need it, and devices are encrypted.
If a breach of security affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant Massachusetts authorities as required by Chapter 93H of the General Laws.
What you can ask us to do.
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to any record we must keep by law. Email systems@skyla.ai from the address concerned and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date above and, where we hold your email, tell you directly. This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
